Should you find any defect with your purchase we would love to hear about it, as we are committed to ensuring the highest quality possible. We will gladly reimburse you for your purchase or exchange it for you, provided you notify us within one week of receiving the goods. We will cover the return costs.

Due to the fact that Dan Fashion products make fantastic gifts and are often purchased for someone else, we are happy to exchange your purchase should you have ordered the wrong size or cut.
For hygienic reasons, please do not remove your own underwear before trying on your pair of Dan. Items that have already been worn and/or washed will not be exchanged. We will exchange any item within 7 days of receiving your order.
Just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the product you would like to return and the product you would like in exchange. Please make sure the item returned is accompanied with its original packaging.
